Improving Posture
by Danielle Faux
Danielle Faux is a performance-focused physical therapist specializing in the rehabilitation and long-term optimization of active individuals looking to come back stronger and more resilient after injury. A lifelong athlete herself, Danielle understands firsthand the mindset of driven individuals who do not simply want to “heal” but to continue progressing.
Danielle’s clinical focus includes post-operative and post-injury rehabilitation, along with injury prevention. She practices in a true one-on-one concierge model within a private treatment room setting. She combines exercise, motions, and traditional manual therapy with dry needling and shockwave therapy, as she has trained extensively in dry needling and ultrasound guided dry needling.
Unlike high-volume clinics where one therapist manages multiple patients simultaneously, Danielle’s sessions are individualized and uninterrupted. Patients also have access to an expansive 8,000+ square foot performance training facility, including a full-strength training floor and boxing gym, allowing seamless transition from rehabilitation to training.
Danielle’s approach is precise, strategic, and grounded in biomechanics — yet warm and personal. She values the intimacy of private treatment sessions and believes her patients deserve focused attention, intelligent programming, and accountability.
